Our employees are available to serve you from 8:00am until 5:00pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday. For faster service, please have your credit card available and order blank filled out completely. You may also fax us, anytime, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

• All orders are payable in advance. Production will not begin until payment has been received. Payment may be made by company or personal check, certified check, money order, Visa, or MasterCard.
• Prices do not include sales tax and shipping.
• 1/2" unprinted border on all signs is required.

Computer Generated Art Work

If you want to email us a photo, please save the file as a high resolution jpeg (.jpg). PC format only for all files sent to us. If you want to send us artwork from your computer, please send it as a vector file (eps, cdr, ai or dxf). Please send camera ready art if none of the above is possible. Attach all files to your email, fax hardcopy or mail all disks, photos and printouts to us.

Mail Orders

Fill out order blank completely. Add total order and mail with your payment. You may call us for exact freight amount. You may send a check, money order or use your charge card. Shipping and handling charges will automatically be added to charge card orders.

Production Time

10 working days for normal delivery. If necessary, RUSH service is available at an additional cost. If a proof is required, production time begins when said proof has been approved. Fast delivery via UPS, F.O.B. Macon, GA. Large orders shipped by trucking line.

Color Mixing

There is a minimum paint mixing charge for special colors. There may be a delay in production if the color must be sent off for mixing. We cannot guarantee a 100% color match; however, we can usually provide a satisfactory match of PMS colors.

Political Notice

State laws vary with regard to notices which must be printed and identification of those responsible for purchasing political advertising. Be sure to submit the correct copy to meet these identification requirements.

Excessive or Difficult Copy

Letter styles not in our system, difficult logos or excessive copy will require a special price quote. There is a minimum charge of $50.00 (a one-time charge).

Halftones

Send glossy black and white photos (8x10 or 5x7). There is a $35.00 charge to put photos on signs. Photos print best in black.

Under Runs

Due to the difficulty of manufacturing to exact quanity requirements without sacrificing quality, a shipment of +or- 5% under the quantity ordered will constitute a complete order. A refund check will be sent to you for a shortage, with charges added pro rata for overage.

Cancellations

There will be no cancellation charge if the order is cancelled before the start of production. Otherwise there will be a charge depending upon the state of production. An order cannot be cancelled if it has already been produced.
